Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, Kenya Moore is finally getting her way.

An Atlanta Magistrate Court Judge vacated the eviction judgement by her landlord, Conya Dillon Weems, on Tuesday.

The reality star reportedly proved that she did indeed pay her rent. The former Miss USA will appear in court again on July 18 for her counter claim against her accuser. She’s suing for illegal eviction, slander, and defamation of character amongst other claims.

“Today’s victory proves that celebrities can fight back and not be victimized by people who wish to lie about them and use their name for the sake of publicity,” she said.

Kenya has vehemently denied all of her landlord’s claims ever since the eviction story broke in June. Her rep says she’s “elated.”
