Will former President Barack Obama and Michelle change the face of podcasting? I guess we'll have to see because the dynamic duo's production company, Higher Ground, has struck a deal with Spotify to produce podcasts. They are already about to produce TV shows and films with a deal they got last year with Netflix, so it looks like the Obamas may become the next media moguls.
Not only will they develop and produce the podcasts, but the Obama's will also be heard on the podcasts from time to time, talking about wide-ranging topics. You have a little while before you can hear the podcasts, they are not expected to be available anytime before 2020.
