No Fireworks at Navy Pier, But Some Suburbs Will Display Them

With the pandemic still upon us, the annual fireworks show at Navy Pier has been cancelled this 4th of July. But don't worry, you can still enjoy the beauty of fireworks in surrounding suburbs and other locations. So load up the kids and head to any of these suburbs to see them, or in some instances you may catch a great display right in your own neighborhood:

Bolingbrook, Bolingbrook Golf Club at dusk

Joliet, Memorial Stadium at 9:15 p.m.

McHenry, stay-at-home display at 9:30 p.m.

Mokena, Ozinga Bros. Property and the Hickory Creek Metra Station (drive-in viewing)

Naperville, Frontier Sports Complex at 9:30 p.m.

Orland Park, Centennial Park at 9:30 p.m.

Oswego, Prairie Point Park at 9 p.m.

Schaumburg, Boomer Stadium at 9:30 p.m.

Spring Grove, Richardson Adventure Farm with other activities beginning at 6 p.m.

Woodstock, Emricson Park at 9:30 p.m.

Yorkville, Rt 47 and Countryside Parkway at 9:30 p.m.
