Spike In COVID-19 Cases Prompts Changes For Some Chicago Businesses

Coronavirus is still among us and we have to take this virus very seriously because thousands of people have lost their lives because of it.

The medical experts and professionals continue to warn that we must wear a mask at all times when in public, stay at least 6 feet apart from others and wash hands frequently. Doesn't seem like it's too hard to do, but some people cannot follow those simple steps.

As a result, there is a delay in the reopening of certain businesses in Chicago and these changes are effective beginning Friday:

If you are working out, indoor fitness classes are now limited to 10 people.

You cannot get any personal services that require the removal of a mask. In other words if you have to remove your mask, you cannot have the service done.

Residential property managers can limit each unit to 5 guests.

Let's continue to follow the guidelines so we can get back to enjoying the things we love to do again. Be safe.
