We've already shortened his name to 'Ye, so what is the big deal?
Rapper Kanye West is looking to change -- his name. The rapper has filed papers to officially change his name from Kanye to just 'Ye. But his fans have been calling him that for some years now so it actually wouldn't be much of a change, just more of a familiar nickname becoming official?
It's not like it hasn't been done before, I mean look at Diddy. Or is it Puffy? Puff Daddy? Love? Well, you know who I'm referring to. But I say go for it Kanye, if you want to change your name go ahead and do it, I say 'Ye!
