Close to two million pounds of single-serving sized Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Skillet dinners have been recalled due to labels that do not designate that the product contains soy products.
The products that have been recalled are the 9-ounce microwavable “Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac” meals that have been produced over the last seven months with use/sell dates between March and October, 2014.
Truitt Brothers, Inc. of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, reported the ingredient list error to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). FSIS has reported that no illnesses have occurred due to the mislabeling.
