Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers addressed questions of his sexuality Tuesday during a radio interview with Milwaukee's WAUK-AM. In a brief yet direct statement, Rodgers answered questions regarding his sexuality by saying, "I'm just going to say that I am not gay...I really, really, like women."
Rodgers has long been recognized by fans and the media alike as keeping his personal life outside of football tightly guarded. Other than State-Farm and Pizza Hut commercials, little is seen or known of Aaron Rodgers outside of his leadership role as captain and quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.
Yet, for Rodgers, this duplicity of lives is exactly what he prefers: "There's always going to be silly stuff out there in the media...I think professional is professional and personal is personal, and that's how I'm going to keep it."
