Chicago's Congress Parkway renamed after civil rights leader Ida B. Wells

Starting today, Chicago's Congress Parkway will be renamed. The Parkway which heads into The Ike, will officially be called Ida B. Wells Drive. A fitting tribute especially during Black History month.
