Kim Foxx says 'this is personal' about calls for her to resign

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx joined Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., on Saturday at Rainbow Push Headquarters to address calls for her to resign following her office's decision to drop charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett.
