As of 2018 Michael Jackson's "Scream" video is the most expensive music video of all time. The production cost of making the video was originally $7 million, but later increased to a whopping $10.7 million! Makes perfect sense to me, I mean just having Michael and Janet in the video alone I'm sure cost a grip.
The Scream compilation features 13 dance classics like "Dirty Diana," "Thriller" and more. Although it didn't sell millions of copies, it did chart at number 33 on the Billboard 200.
