Chicago native Katie Kadan is doing her thing on NBC's 'The Voice.' The musician has advanced to the next round on of competition, and multi-Grammy winner John Legend is her coach so of course she's in good hands.
Although I don't know her personally, I feel like Katie is one of those women that anybody can instantly click with. She is very vivacious and her talent is bigger than life. On Monday's show she covered Adele's hit "Rolling In The Deep" and she nailed it -- in her own style of course.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she will win the entire competition because she deserves it. She has been a musician in Chicago for the past eight years on the blues music scene and when she performs she definitely has a lot of soul and gives her all. Go Katie!
