Doctors said they have seen a spike in ER visits since the legalization of recreational marijuana. Dr.Thompson, at the U of I at Chicago Medical Center said "We're seeing heart palpitations, anxiety-type symptoms, and in extreme cases full on psychosis, meaning the patients are having hallucinations."
