Take A Deep Breath And Escape For 7 Minutes

With all that is going on in our world today, many of us could use a break. It doesn't take much to rejuvenate your mind, body or soul and it is so important to de-stress often. There is so much anxiety and depression going on with so many lives lost, being quarantined, and the uncertainty of our future.

Take time out of your day to exercise, or do something to take your mind off of what is going on. Although we can't deny or ignore the situation, we can escape from it mentally and emotionally even if it's for just a few minutes.

Make sure your mental state remains healthy, it is very important when dealing with issues such as our current crisis. Reach out to someone, let someone know how you feel and never be ashamed to seek help. We're in this together.
