Mayor Lori Lightfoot announces $56M RFP for contact tracing

Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced $56 million in funding to go towards a request for proposal to expand contact tracing in Chicago. Request for Proposal calls for community organizations to fill 600 jobs starting at $20 an hour.
