Mayor Lori Lightfoot has announced Monday that Chicago is on track to move into Phase 4 of reopening on Friday along with the rest of Illinois. Indoor seating at restaurants, museums and zoos, performance venues and summer camps will all be allowed to reopen in Phase 4. Restaurants will be limited to 25 percent capacity for indoor dining.
