The entire state of Illinois has to enter a new tier of COVID-19 requirements because of the spike in coronavirus cases. The next step: another stay at home order.
So let's get this right. Let's work hard at making sure we are doing what we can to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Hospitals are getting full again, nursing home facilities are seeing many deaths and each day there are thousands of new cases of coronavirus, and scores of people dying.
Starting at midnight Friday, there will be new guidelines for bars and restaurants, gyms, retailers, hotels and more as Tier 3 Mitigation begins.
