I might be petty, but I’m still laughing at something TMZ reported yesterday… in preparation for Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20th, the carpet in the White House will be cleaned.
And the price tag to get it all done is $44 thousand dollars! According to the report, the White House has 132 rooms, but it wasn't specified how many of the rooms need to be cleaned.
After all the COVID that has been through most of those rooms, seems like they should’ve considered replacing all the carpet instead. I know Stanley Steemer gets the job done… but Empire could’ve had that carpet in there tomorrow! lol
