I am giving big props to Fed Ex for donating five million dollars to different historically black colleges and universities.
Tennessee State University, Jackson State University, Mississippi Valley State University and LeMoyne-Owen College will each receive one million dollars. The remaining $1 million will be divided between the schools to use at their discretion, however the money is going to be earmarked for those students, faculty and staff impacted by COVID-19.
Good look all around Fed Ex, and big thanks because we all know education is critical and anything to help our students flourish while they earn their degrees is very much appreciated.
