'Black and Latino Houses Matter' phone bank on March 12

Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas hosted "Black and Latino Houses Matter" yesterday and doing it again today until 5pm. It’s a phone bank to help Cook County homeowners find refunds, apply for property tax exemptions and avoid a Tax Sale.
