Mother of 5 injured in Park Manor double shooting was unintended target

A woman shot in the chest in Chicago’s Park Manor neighborhood was an unintended target, according to family members. Family members said 38-year-old Keionna James was the victim of a drive-by shooting when she was shot in the chest Tuesday.
