If you're thinking about getting a job with Delta Airlines just know that you'll have to get vaccinated. The airline is requiring new employees to be vaccinated, but if you're already a part of the team you're good.
I think many employers will probably make this a requirement of new employees and truthfully I'm not so sure how I feel about this. I understand what they're doing with trying to keep employees and others safe, but to make it a requirement? That seems a bit much.
According to Inc.com, an Arizona State University study concluded that about 65 percent of companies in the U.S. will eventually require that employees get vaccinated. More than one-third of those employers said that they would even consider firing employees who refuse. Wow, let the controversy begin.
