I am so happy for the Isley Brothers. These guys are legends, their music is iconic and they have been around for a very long time. Since 1959 to be exact, so they definitely need to be "given their flowers" while they are still here.
And that is exactly what happened recently. The Isley's were honored with not one, but two street signs in their hometown of New Jersey. In addition to that they're currently working on a docu-concert, and this summer they will be on the move with a tour kicking off in the south suburbs. And that's not it. They are also working on a new album which will reportedly feature Beyonce', Drake, Trey Songz, Alicia Keys and Rick Ross.
Oh wow, looks like the Isley's have no plans of sitting down just yet.
