There will soon be some changes coming to big companies in the new year. The federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate is already drawing controversy and will affect big companies. The companies will be requiring their employees to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of testing beginning Jan.4.
If companies fail to comply to the policy, they may face fines up to $14 thousand dollars for each violation. Yup, things are changing in the workplace but something has to be put in place in order to bring an end to this pandemic.
