FOP president retires as CPD officer, mounts serious campaign for mayor

Tuesday was supposed to be day two of John Catanzara's disciplinary hearing before the Chicago Police Board. Instead it is day one of his retirement. But now he said plans to mount a serious campaign for Chicago mayor.
