Tribute to Archbishop Tutu

Archbishop Desmond Tutu, anti-apartheid human rights activist passed away yesterday at 90 years old.

He was known for his good humor, inspiring messages and never-ending work as a revered leader in the Anglican church and during the struggle to end apartheid in his native South Africa.

He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 and President Obama also awarded him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009.

Archbishop Tutu will be remembered for his presence and wisdom and his leadership has earned him an honored place in history forever. Blessings to his spirit and may we follow in the footsteps of all his good works.
