The Justice Department will appeal the ruling on voiding the federal mask mandate, requiring wearing a mask on public transportation. But the appeal will happen only if the CDC agrees that wearing a mask is necessary for public health safety. This wearing a mask thing is really a thing isn't it?
My goodness, outside of certain special circumstances is wearing a mask really THAT big of a deal? If it means staying healthy, I'm all for it. In my opinion being cramped up on a plane or in a confined space with people from all walks of life would encourage me to want to wear a mask in the midst of a pandemic!
