Chicken will always be on the menu and I guess that McDonalds understands the assignment! McDonald's is testing a chicken Big Mac, swapping the beef out for the two fried chicken patties. The Chicken Big Mac is on it's way to one specific part of the states in a short run. Starting later this month, the chicken Big Mac will be available for a limited time at select McDonald's restaurants in the Miami area, for now.
