When it comes to the best public high schools in the country, the Chicago area has four listed in the top ten, according to a new study. Chicago’s Walter Payton College Prep ranks No. 2. Chicago’s Northside College Prep and Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in the suburbs come in at No. 5 and 6 respectively and Whitney Young round out the Top 10.
