For a second-straight year, the electric kick & punt returner who spent most of his NFL career in Chicago is getting closer and closer to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On Tuesday, Devin Hester was named one of 28 modern-era semifinalists for enshrinement in Canton as part of the Class of 2023. It’s the second straight year that he’s reached this point in the voting, having been a finalist last year.
