Chi Food Truck Fest will return downtown for a ninth season, the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) announced Tuesday. The culinary fest will be back at Daley Plaza, 50 West Washington Street, every Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., beginning May 17th and running through Oct. 4th.
