Today, Kennedy King College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago, hosts an informal meet and greet from noon-2pm for you to explore the inaugural CECA Summer! The Center of Equity for Creative Arts (CECA) is a hub supporting aspiring artists at KKC, offering classes in arts, media, film, theatre, and visual communications, plus scholarships on the spot!
Then next Wednesday, June 18th, join the Chicago Urban League for their city-wide Job Fair at UIC Forum (725 West Roosevelt Road in Chicago) from 10am-2pm. Connect with over 100 employers from across the Chicagoland area and access thousands of job openings with great wages and benefits! This job fair also includes free professional photo headshots for your online resume, free assistance with your resume and job search and free childcare services will provided for up to 2 hours as needed. They’ll also have giveaways at the door, plus fun things to do and other prizes throughout the day. The job fair is free to attend but registration is required at this link.
