Juneteenth Celebration at DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center

The DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center

In celebration of Juneteenth, bring the whole family to The DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center located at 740 East 56th Place on June 19, 10am to 5 pm, for a joyful day of learning, music, and community.

We’re also welcoming our new neighbor, the Obama Presidential Center, with free shuttle service between both sites.

Enjoy activities for all ages—yoga, arts and crafts, STEM stations, NASCAR simulators, movies, and live music on our outdoor stage. Celebrate freedom, history, and togetherness

at the nation’s first and oldest Black history museum.
