"It" Causing Problems For Professionals

Professional clowns are planning a rally out front of a New York City movie theater to protest the film "It."  They say the movie, which depicts a clown that terrorizes children, has hurt business for professional clowns.  John Nelson runs a clown company in the New York metro-area and tells News 4 New York that his business has had customers cancel on him since the movie came out. Nelson says that most clowns don't get paid until the day of an event, so cancellations hurt financially.  The rally will be held out front of the Union Square Regal Cinema in Manhattan on Thursday evening.

The Stephen King remake earned an estimated $123 million in its opening weekend at the box office.  "It"has already broken several records including, the biggest horror movie opening weekend ever.
