Roy Clark, "Hee Haw" Star and Country Music Legend, Dead at 85

Legendary country music singer and co-host of "Hee Haw," Roy Clark has passed away at the age of 85, his publicist confirmed Thursday morning. 

Clark, who headlined the TV show "Hee Haw" for nearly 25-years alongside co-host Buck Owens, died at his home of complications from pneumonia, his publicist said. His best known hits included songs like "Yesterday When I was Young," "Honeymoon Feeling," and "The Tips of my Fingers." 

The famed country music singer won multiple awards including from the Grammys, the ACM awards and CMAs. Clark was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2009. 

Clark's skills with an assortment of instruments throughout his career including the guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, harmonica led him to dozens of shows as guest performer with many top orchestras across the country.
