Three people were shot in the south suburbs Tuesday afternoon. University Park police said they responded to a complaint about shots fired on the 700 block of Union Drive around. The Chicago Tribunereported the incident happened around noon. Three people were shot and taken to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown
