According to TMZ, the breach of contract lawsuit filed by Dj Spinderella in federal court in Texas which says Dj Spinderella was promised to receive $125,000.00 which was a third of the royalties for their Best of album, but Spinderella has NOT received any of the money.
Spinderella, real name is Deidra Roper, also claim the former bandmates not only cheated her out of her royalties and then fired her ahead of a national reunion tour earlier this year promising compensations.
