We are just 20 days away from the first day of spring! And with the new season comes blossoming buds on trees, more sunshine and a time to do some spring cleaning -- literally and figuratively.
Most people use the spring months to clean their homes, clear their gutters and all that stuff, but spring is also a good time to re-think your goals, clean up your mental and physical state and renew your mind. There are many things you can do to make that happen. Take baby steps, no need to try to get so much in, there is plenty of time to work on you.
Read a book, take a walk along the lake, give yourself a spa day, take a road trip to a bordering state and treat yourself to something fun. Surround yourself with like-minded people who share some of your goals and begin to work on them a little bit at a time. Spring is near! Blooming flowers, blue skies, sun and a refreshed you!
