It is being reported by the Chicago Tribune that both Midway and O'Hare Airports will have COVID-19 testing sites next month. This is welcome news because thousands of people who visit the airports will now be able to get tested before they board a plane.
Not only will this dramatically decrease the spread of coronavirus, but hopefully it will deter others who are sick or test positive from boarding a plane, potentially affecting everybody on board.
And just a reminder to anybody who wants to visit the grandparents, a loved one or friend for Thanksgiving next week, the Centers For Disease Control has warned Americans to cancel any travel plans due to the increase in coronavirus cases and rate of deaths caused by COVID-19. I will heed the warning, will you? It's always better to be safe than sorry.
