Please Remember Others On Thanksgiving

Before you sit down at the dinner table to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast this year, remember those who don't have a family to spend the holiday with. Many people will be hungry, with no food to eat. For some, Thanksgiving is just another day of pain, struggle and loneliness.

The holidays are typically a time of depression for many, and especially during a pandemic their darkness can seem to be several times worse. That's why it's important that we take a look at our lives and the blessings that we have -- no matter how great or small. There is always somebody who would definitely appreciate what you have.

So before you indulge in the turkey and all the fixin's, say a prayer or give special thought to someone in need, someone who could only wish to be in your situation or have what you have.
