Bill Cosby Walks Out Of Prison After An Overturned Conviction

In a very surprising move, actor and comedian Bill Cosby walked out of a Pennsylvania prison a free man today.

A Pennsylvania Supreme Court vacated his conviction of sexual assault. According to reports, the decision reached was due to the fact that Mr. Cosby was the victim of an unconstitutional "coercive bait-and-switch." In other words, the court found an agreement with a previous prosecutor that prevented him from being charged in the case. He spent nearly three years in state prison.

I don't think I'll ever fully understand our judicial system, it's so complex.
