The Best Chicago Holiday Lights!

posted by Jeanne Sparrow -

You can still take in and enjoy holiday lights, even if you didn't put them up yourself!  Here are a few events where you can see the lights and enjoy some family time:

Lincoln Park Zoo's ZooLights runs through January 7th and it's free! They're only closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day... hours and info here.

Brookfield Zoo's Holiday Magic runs from the day after Christmas through New Year's Eve and there's lots of programs and fun with admission.  Find hours, events and info here.

And Morton Arboretum has lit up their trees for their annual Illumination lights festival... they're closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but they're open on New Year's Day.  Get hours and info here

Just a few safe ways to light it up for the holidays! (   )

NIGHT LIFE: What's not to like about Gigantic Reindeer Light Displays? And, they are a good reason to try out your night photography skills! Holiday Magic is on again this weekend at Brookfield Zoo, and then on Dec. 16-17 and Dec. 26-31. #reindeer #photography #nightphoto #nightphotography #holiday #holidaymagic #brookfieldzoo
