TMZ reported early Saturday morning that the gun Los Angeles police originally thought killed Tupac back in 1996 -- and had gone missing after their ballistic testing -- has been found... destroyed.
It seems that the feds had it the whole time... the ATF tested the gun again and found it was also a match for a different crime in Las Vegas. It was sent to police there who tested it again and ruled it out as a possibility in Tupac's murder... so after they returned it to the ATF, it was eventually destroyed. Check out all the details and more links to background in the article here.
So here we are twenty years later and all the conspiracy theories surrounding the case just got more fuel to add to their fire. If you want to catch up on what they all are and how they do and don't make sense, click here to check out A&E's "Who Killed Tupac?" series.
It's a shame that we live in a world without Pac and still don't know what happened to him.
