For my brave, hardy souls who just refuse to let the snow keep them home this weekend or those who are already going stir crazy from being cooped up since yesterday… here are a few things to get into this weekend:
Chicago Auto Show opened today (Saturday) and runs through February 19th at McCormick Place. V103’s own Bionce Foxx will be broadcasting live from the Auto Show on Tuesday, which is also Women’s Day at the show! It's the nation's largest auto show and it runs from 10am to 10pm each day. Tickets and info here.
If you like to dance or hear some great music that will heat things up, the Chicago International Salsa Congress runs through tomorrow (Sunday) at the Westin O’Hare, featuring the best in Latin dance and music with workshops, competitions and concerts! Tickets and info here.
Chicago Parent is hosting their special needs playdate at DePaul College Prep tomorrow (Sunday) from 10am to 3pm… it features live entertainment, bouncy houses plus a quiet room and resources for families. Today is the last day to get tickets at this link… it's $5 admission for kids ages 3-14 and free for adults and children 2 and under.
Whatever you choose, have fun... and don't you ever let me hear you say you don't have anything to do!
