As we’re staring down another lockdown, you may be one of many looking for some help to make ends meet… ComEd just rolled out a new program called Helping Hands to give its customers some much-needed assistance.
The electric power company is offering one-time $300 grants to low income residential customers and anyone who’s having trouble paying their bills to cut down their past due balances.
ComEd is also extending suspension of service disconnections through March of next year for those with hardships and there are other programs, including those for non-profits and small businesses, that they already have in place to help you afford to keep your lights on.
Call ComEd directly during the week at 1-800-EDISON-1 to enroll or enroll online at their website here.
Stay safe and be well!
