There’s lots of great stuff happening to bring together communities around the city today...
As we wind down Women’s History Month, celebrate by supporting women-owned businesses from all over the Chicago area at this weekend’s 5th Annual International Women's Day Market in Lincoln Square. Check it out today and tomorrow from 11am to 5pm each day at Artifact Events, 4325 N. Ravenswood Avenue. This free admission market will feature pop-up shops selling unique products, everything from jewelry, beauty products and home goods to food, drinks, and more.
As you're getting ready for Easter next weekend, fit in some free holiday family fun today at Kilbourn Park (3501 N. Kilbourn Avenue)... the 30th Ward is hosting the Easter Bunny, where you can take pictures, check out music, arts and crafts, popcorn and more! (see flyer below)
And Sprocket & Stone in Hyde Park (1013 E. 53rd Street) is hosting their Caturday cat adoption event this afternoon from noon to 3pm... meet kittens and cats who are available for adoption, waiting for their forever homes. (see flyer below)
Building the best communities is always about getting all the help we need and giving all the help we can!
