If you live in Chicago, you know that every year beginning on November 30th through April 1st, there is a parking ban on some streets between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. The City of Chicago, says that the ban is imperative to be able to clear the street. If you are parked you will get a ticket and be towed regardless of how much snow is on the ground.
To see the streets that have the bans in effect, check out the city website www.cityofchicago.org/dss.
The City of Chicago has a video on how the city works to clear 9,400 miles of snow each year.
