Lauren London wowed her fans on the red carpet premiere of her new Netflix film “You People.” The movie is directed by Kenya Barris and also stars Nia Long, Eddie Murphy, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and David Duchovny. Lauren wore a stunning pink, velvet, long-sleeved, mini, zebra-print dress with a pair of matching pink strappy heels. She was absolutely stunning … And so was Nia Long, who wore a short white dress, and after a short and sweet exchange with Omarion on the red carpet, the social media trolls had them in a whole relationship. Nia Long was quick to laugh it off and shut down the rumors in an IG post: “Everybody simmer down… I’m single AF.”
Comedian and Oscar-winning actress, Mo’Nique Hicks and super producer, Lee Daniels’ first movie together in over a decade is set to be released next month on BET+. The new film, “The Reading” is a thriller and Mo’Nique’s character is a widow living in a home that is haunted by evil. It will be interesting to see Mo’Nique in this role in a scary movie. “The Reading” premieres Feb. 2nd on BET+. Mo’Nique and Daniels had a public reunion back in April of 2022 after having mutual grievances with each other for over 10 years.
Music producer, DJ Mustard and his ex-wife Chanel Thierry are in a heated battle over child support, with his ex-wife asking for over $80,000 a month. According to “The Blast,” Chanel is asking for “reasonable support” in the amount of $82,628 per month for all three of their children. After a forensic review, Chanel’s attorneys claim that Mustard’s 2020 adjusted gross income was over $10 million dollars and they are waiting for the amount of his 2022 earnings. Meanwhile, Chanel already receives $35,000 monthly in spousal support. In May 2022, Mustard filed for divorce after over a decade with Chanel. Although they were together for a long period of time and share 3 children, they have only been married since 2020. Chanel did sign a prenup before they got married.
