I've always wanted to go to Sweetie Pies in St. Louis, and no they are closing their doors permanently.
This story is so sad!!!! But Sweetie Pies has closed its doors after the owner’s son Tim Norman was found guilty of murder-for-hire.
But on Ms. Robbie's Instagram page, she posted:
Thank you all so much for the many years of support ,” she wrote on Instagram Wednesday, alongside a photo of a notice that says the eatery will make way for a veteran’s hospital expansion.
“We thank each and every one of you for your 25 years of support"
Authorities believe that Norman paid an exotic dancer, Terica Ellis, $10,000 to lure his nephew to the area that took his life. He allegedly paid Travell Anthony Hill $5,000 to shoot his 21-year-old nephew.
Norman was found guilty of committing murder-for-hire, murder-for-hire resulting in death, and mail fraud. He’s set to be sentenced on Dec. 15th, and faces life in prison.
