The company is accused of automatically enrolling customers in a VIP Program, according to a lawsuit. Automatically meaning the customers were not aware of being added to this program. I may be a VIP too because I definitely shop at her boutique whenever I hit the Fashion Show Mall in Vegas. Hmmm ... let me check my email. But you can't do that Ri Ri, people have to know what they're signing up for.
