There are reports that Chris Brown owes the government some money. A lot of money. I'm talking more than $4 million in back taxes. And not only does he owe the IRS, he also owes the state of California. Several tax liens have been placed on his property and music businesses.
A few years back Chris had a garage sale and he probably may have to do that again to help pay some of his bills. Ironically he recently challenged artists to post their closets. Sounds like he's getting ready for another sale to me!
